# Moderation & Safety

> Warnings, notes, blacklists, anti-phishing, verification, and reports.

Every command works with the `=` prefix. Where a slash entry point exists it opens the same
Components V2 panel as the prefix command.

> [!NOTE]
>
> A command being listed here does not mean its module is enabled in your server. Turn modules on
> with `=config`. See [Modules](/void/modules.md) for what each one needs.

**18 commands across 5 modules.**

## Moderation

Per-member warnings, staff notes, and mod-log history. All of these need a user (mention or ID)
except `=clearwarn`, which takes a warning ID from `=warnings`.

> **=history**
>
> Shows a member's recent activity in one panel: their last 10 tickets, warnings, and notes,
> plus recent audit-log events involving them.
>
> **Syntax:** `=history <user>`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=history @user`

> **=notes**
>
> Adds or views staff notes on a member, or deletes one by ID.
>
> **Syntax:** `=notes <user> [note text]` to view a member's notes (and add one if you include
> text), or `=notes delete <noteId>` to remove a note.
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=notes @user Reached out about the report from Tuesday`

> **=warn**
>
> Issues a warning to a member and adds it to their record.
>
> **Syntax:** `=warn <user> <reason>` — the reason is required.
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=warn @user Spamming in #general`

> **=warnings**
>
> Lists a member's active (non-cleared) warnings.
>
> **Syntax:** `=warnings <user>`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=warnings @user`

> **=clearwarn**
>
> Clears (deactivates) a single warning by its ID. Get the ID from `=warnings`.
>
> **Syntax:** `=clearwarn <warningId>`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff

> **=modlogs**
>
> Shows audit-log entries where the member is either the actor or the target — a record of
> what they did and what was done to them.
>
> **Syntax:** `=modlogs <user>`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=modlogs @user`

## Safety

Anti-phishing, a user blacklist, and a blocked-domains list. Both the blacklist and blocked
domains take an optional scope/match-mode/action beyond the target — pass none of them and the
command defaults sensibly, or pass just enough to be specific.

> **=blacklist**
>
> Adds a user to a blacklist scope. Running it with no arguments just lists current entries.
>
> **Syntax:** `=blacklist <user> [scope] [reason]` — `scope` is one of `global_bot`, `guild`,
> `tickets`, `applications`, `giveaways`, `payments`, `custom` (defaults to `guild`).
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=blacklist @user tickets Abusing the ticket system`

> **=unblacklist**
>
> Removes a user from the blacklist — from every scope, or just one if you specify it.
>
> **Syntax:** `=unblacklist <user> [scope]`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=unblacklist @user`

> **=blacklisted**
>
> Lists blacklist entries, optionally filtered to one scope.
>
> **Syntax:** `=blacklisted [scope]`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff

> **=blockdomain**
>
> Adds a domain to the blocked list, so links to it are caught by anti-phishing scanning.
>
> **Syntax:** `=blockdomain <domain> [matchMode] [action] [reason]` — `matchMode` is one of
> `exact_domain`, `subdomain`, `contains` (defaults to `exact_domain`); `action` is one of
> `log_only`, `delete_message`, `delete_and_warn` (defaults to `log_only`).
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff
>
> **Example:** `=blockdomain scam-site.com subdomain delete_and_warn Known phishing host`

> **=unblockdomain**
>
> Removes a blocked-domain rule.
>
> **Syntax:** `=unblockdomain <domain>`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff

> **=blockeddomains**
>
> Lists the server's blocked-domain rules.
>
> **Syntax:** `=blockeddomains` (no arguments)
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff

> **=safety**
>
> Opens the Safety & Anti-Phishing home panel — toggle scanning on or off and set its mode from
> there.
>
> **Syntax:** `=safety` (opens a panel, no arguments)
>
> **Aliases:** `=anti-phishing` · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>
> **Permission:** Configured Staff

## Verification

>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
>

## Reports

> **=report**
>
> Files a report. Running it with no text opens the report panel instead of submitting
> immediately.
>
> **Syntax:** `=report <description>`
>
> **Aliases:** none · **Slash:** none — prefix only
