# Tickets

> Support tickets, claiming, transcripts.

Every command works with the `=` prefix; `=ticket` also has a slash entry point. Most staff
actions (`close`, `claim`, `assign`, and the rest) must be run **inside the ticket's own
channel** — Tessera looks up the ticket from the channel you're in.

> **=ticket**
>
> Opens the ticket panel. Staff see the ticket management panel with stats; everyone else sees
> their own open tickets.
>
> **Syntax:** `=ticket` (opens a panel, no arguments)

> **=ticketembed**
>
> Opens the ticket panel setup screen — the embed/button members click to open a new ticket.

> **=claim**
>
> Claims the current ticket for yourself. Run inside the ticket channel.

>
> Assigns the current ticket to another staff member. Run inside the ticket channel.

>
> Clears the current ticket's assignment. Run inside the ticket channel.

>
> Adds a participant to the current ticket channel. Run inside the ticket channel.

> **=removeuser**
>
> Removes a participant from the current ticket channel. Run inside the ticket channel.

> **=close**
>
> Closes the current ticket. Run inside the ticket channel.

> Reopens the current (closed) ticket. Run inside the ticket channel.

>
> Opens a delete confirmation for the current ticket. Run inside the ticket channel.

>
> Saves a transcript of the current ticket. Run inside the ticket channel.

> **=pingstaff**
>
> Shows the ticket's info alongside a note that staff pings are intentionally routed through
> your configured staff roles rather than a direct ping from this command. Run inside the
> ticket channel.

> **Syntax:** `=pingstaff`
>

> **=ticket\_blacklist**
>
> Blocks or unblocks a user from opening tickets.
>
> **Syntax:** `=ticket_blacklist add <user> [reason]` or `=ticket_blacklist remove <user>`.
> Running it with anything else just lists current entries.
>

> **Permission:** Configured Admin

> **Example:** `=ticket_blacklist add @user Repeated abuse of the ticket system`

>
> Shows ticket statistics for the server.
>
