This page summarises how data is handled. The Privacy Policy is the authoritative document.

What is stored

  • Server configuration — your settings, roles, channels, and module state.
  • Records the features you enable produce — ticket metadata and transcripts, moderation records, audit entries, level and economy state, and similar.
  • An encrypted refresh token, and only if a member explicitly opts in to member backup.
Message content is not stored beyond what an enabled feature requires. Payment credentials are never stored.

Retention

Cleanup runs automatically — retention is not a manual process that can be forgotten.

Encryption and logging

Sensitive values are encrypted at rest. Logs are scrubbed before they are written: tokens, connection strings, cookies, keys, and payment values are replaced rather than recorded.

Access and deletion

To request a copy of your server’s data, or its deletion, contact support from an account with Manage Server on that server. Removing V.O.I.D from a server stops all collection immediately. Configuration is retained for a short period so that re-inviting the bot does not lose your setup; ask for deletion if you want it gone straight away.
