# /report

> File a scammer or abuse report against another member.

  This command only works if reports are enabled in this server (toggle from `/vouch-admin` →
  Configuration). See [Trust & Safety](/vouch/features/trust-safety) for how reports fit into
  the wider moderation system.

    **Who:** Anyone, except against yourself or against a bot.

    **What it does:** Opens a reason-select → description/evidence modal flow to file a
    scammer/abuse report against `user`. Optionally links a specific vouch or listing as
    supporting context. Moderators work the resulting case from `/vouch-admin` → Reports.

    **Example:** `/report user:@Jane vouch_id:VCH-A8F4K2`
