If something is not working

Check that your role is mapped to the right tier with /staffrole list, and see Installation & Permissions for what each tier and capability actually grants. The server owner always has full authority even with no roles mapped yet.
The bot needs Manage Roles for the ticket’s channel to set per-member overwrites. This is a channel-scoped permission — check it on the ticket channel itself, not just the server-wide role list. See Installation & Permissions.
If /transcript set-policy is set to Block, a ticket can’t close without a successful transcript — including tickets the auto-close sweep tries to close. Run /transcript status to check transcript storage and the retry queue. If policy is Queue Retry, the ticket has already closed and a background worker is still retrying the transcript.
The catalog is empty or every entry is disabled. Build it from /aio_manage → Manage Catalog — categories, then products under a category, then durations/variants under a product. See The AIO sales funnel.
Smart Gate fails open on misconfiguration — an error evaluating a rule set counts as an approval, not a denial, so a broken ticket type never becomes unusable. Check /gate status for an error count and /gate log for the specific decisions, and confirm the rule set is attached to a panel/option using the same form it was built against.
An option runs exactly one collection path: a form (optionally gated by Smart Gate) or an Intake template, never both. /intake attach and /gate attach both refuse to attach where the other path is already set — detach the one you don’t want first. See The Intake plugin.
That’s expected — type / in Discord to see the slash commands available to you in that server, or use the Commands tab here for the full reference with permissions and syntax.

Getting help

There’s no publicly documented support server or contact address for Ticket Bot in the materials this documentation is built from. Ticket Bot is centrally hosted, so if something here doesn’t cover your situation, contact whoever operates your instance for your server — they’re the ones who can reach the team that deployed it for you.
