/vouch-admin is a single command — there’s no subcommand tree. It opens one interactive
console, and everything below is a section of that console rather than a separate slash
command. Moderator level is required just to open it; individual sections are gated further, as
noted per section.

Permission levels
MEMBER < SELLER < MODERATOR < ADMIN < GLOBAL_OWNER. Seller/moderator/admin come from
configured guild roles (or Discord’s native Administrator permission / guild ownership for
ADMIN). GLOBAL_OWNER is granted by whoever operates the bot, outside of any Discord server —
no guild role can grant it.
