/vouch-admin is a single command — there’s no subcommand tree. It opens one interactive console, and everything below is a section of that console rather than a separate slash command. Moderator level is required just to open it; individual sections are gated further, as noted per section.
Who: Moderator to view, admin to change.Feature toggles, currency/timezone, and vouch integrity thresholds (minimum account age, minimum membership age, cooldown).
Who: Admin.Sets the vouch/modlog/leaderboard/marketplace/report channels.
Who: Admin.Assigns admin/moderator/seller/trusted roles, and required/blocked vouch roles.
Who: Moderator.Applies or revokes per-user feature restrictions.
Who: Moderator.Full case management for scammer/abuse reports: assign, note, evidence, dismiss/close/ reopen/escalate, void the related vouch, remove the related listing, blacklist the accused, or strip guild trust.
Who: Moderator.Resolves open vouch disputes: uphold, modified, void, or restore.
Who: Moderator for the guild blacklist; bot owner (GLOBAL_OWNER) for the global blacklist.Guild and global blacklists are visibly distinct — a global entry isn’t just “this server’s blacklist, bigger.”
Who: Same guild/global split as Blacklists.Marks members as trusted, at guild or global scope.
Who: Admin.Sets the default contact workflow for marketplace listings.
Who: Admin.Deploys persistent, auto-refreshing leaderboards to a channel; removes broken ones.
Who: Moderator.Server and bot-wide stats.
Who: Moderator.Recent events, or a filtered modal search over the audit trail.

Permission levels

MEMBER < SELLER < MODERATOR < ADMIN < GLOBAL_OWNER. Seller/moderator/admin come from configured guild roles (or Discord’s native Administrator permission / guild ownership for ADMIN). GLOBAL_OWNER is granted by whoever operates the bot, outside of any Discord server — no guild role can grant it.
