Invite the bot

The invite uses the bot and applications.commands scopes. See Installation & Permissions for the exact Discord permissions and privileged intents it asks for.
2

Set up staff access

Run /staffrole set role:@Admins tier:ADMIN. The server owner always has implicit full authority, so this command can always be run first even before any roles are mapped — see Installation & Permissions for the full staff tier ladder.
3

Create and deploy a panel

/panel create name:support creates an empty panel, then /panel manage name:support opens the interactive editor — content, ticket options (buttons), layout, and deploy, all in one place. Deploying posts the panel to a channel members can click.
4

Set a transcript channel

/settranscript channel:#transcripts. An HTML transcript is generated on every close path (manual, auto-close, close-on-leave) and stored independently of Discord’s own message history.
5

Optional: tune the basics

/setmax count:2 caps open tickets per member, /automessage and /autoping post a message and ping roles when a ticket opens, and /paymentmethod add lists a way for members to pay you. None of these are required to get a working ticket panel.

Setting up the AIO sales funnel (optional)

The guided Category → Product → Duration purchase flow is a separate, optional mode that shares the same ticket engine. /aio_manage opens the console to toggle it on, deploy its panel, and build your catalog (categories → products → durations). See The AIO sales funnel for how pricing, discounts, and key delivery fit together before you configure it.

After setup

Ticket Bot has no built-in /help command — type / in Discord to see the slash commands available to you in that server, or use the Commands tab here for the full reference with permissions and syntax.
Something not working? Support covers the most common first-run issues.
