The split
User premium and server premium are separate things bought by different people. A seller buys
user premium for themselves; a server owner buys server premium for their community. Neither
implies the other.
Redeeming a key
Premium is unlocked with a key rather than a card. A key looks likeVF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and
you redeem it at vouch.foo/dashboard/redeem.
1
Sign in
Head to
vouch.foo and sign in with Discord. Redeeming is tied to your account, so this
has to happen first.2
Pick what it applies to
A user key applies to your account and needs nothing else. A server key asks which
server — and you must have Manage Server there.
3
Paste the key
The dashboard tells you what was unlocked and when it expires. Redeeming a second key for
the same thing extends it rather than starting a duplicate.
Some keys are lifetime. Redeem one and the dashboard shows “Lifetime” instead of a
countdown; redeeming a dated key on top of it changes nothing, and a lifetime key redeemed on
top of a dated one upgrades it.
What happens when premium lapses
Nothing is deleted, and nothing you earned is taken away. Listings you already created stay where they are; you simply cannot create new ones from the web until you renew. A server that lapses keeps its free page — its leaderboard and its trusted sellers — and loses the storefront and the console. Vouches, profiles and trust ratings are untouched in every case, because those are free tier. The one thing with a grace period is a custom bot, which keeps running for 7 days after the add-on lapses before it stops. A renewal that lands on a Monday morning should not have taken your server’s bot offline over the weekend.Priority sync
Premium servers get their cards posted in about a second instead of waiting for the periodic sweep. It is strictly a latency improvement: on the free tier the card still arrives, just up to a couple of minutes later. Nothing is ever dropped for being on the free tier.Selling on the web
