/automessage and /autoping are scoped — guild default, a panel, or a single ticket option —
and the most specific scope that applies wins. ;autocloseticket and ;ticketcloseonleave are
prefix commands run inside the ticket channel they configure, per ticket rather than per
panel.

or 1mo sets the staff-side inactivity threshold; off disables it; run triggers an
immediate sweep. Auto-close only fires once staff have replied and then gone quiet for the
