/feedbacksettings — Configure automated feedback requests

/feedbacksettings [enabled:<true|false>] [delay_seconds:<0-604800>]
  [vouch_integration_enabled:<true|false>] [vouch_channel:<#channel>]

A star-rating request is sent after delay_seconds of a ticket closing. Vouch integration is an optional hand-off to a Vouch bot the guild already runs — Ticket Bot never requires it to function.Permission: Manager

Translations

/translation mode — Set the translation mode

/translation mode mode:<All 15|Top 5|Custom|Dropdown> [locales:<comma-separated codes>]

locales is only used for Custom/Dropdown modes, e.g. en,es,fr. Because a single Discord message can’t show different text to different viewers, translated panels render as an ephemeral per-viewer response using their picked locale.Permission: Manager

Volume, per-staff workload, SLA (first response / resolution time), auto-closed count, AIO purchase-request value vs. confirmed-fulfillment value (never conflated with “revenue” — nothing here is payment-verified), inventory levels, and feedback.Permission: Staff
