/transcript set-channel — Set the channel where ticket transcripts are posted

/transcript set-channel channel:<#channel>

/transcript set-policy — Choose what happens when a transcript fails to generate

/transcript set-policy policy:<Allow|Block|Queue Retry>

Allow (default) closes the ticket anyway and flags it. Block refuses to close a ticket without a successful transcript — including tickets the auto-close sweep tries to close. Queue Retry closes the ticket and retries transcript generation in the background with bounded attempts and backoff.Permission: Admin — this can stop every ticket in the guild from closing if transcript storage breaks, so it sits at the same tier as /setmax and /panel delete
